She was born August 8, 1952 in Pana, Ill. the daughter of James and Barbara White Hause.<br />
She is survived by two daughters, Stacey (and Joshua) Morter of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Stephany Moore of the Quad Cities; three grandchildren, Makenzi, Alexis, and Nathan Morter; three brothers, Tim Hause in Nevada and Philip Hause and John Hause, both of Peoria, Ill.; and a sister, Amy Hause in Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Jim Hause, Doug Hause, and Eric Hause.<br />
Debra was a Case Management Director at Galesburg Cottage Hospital for the past eight years. Prior to moving to Galesburg, she had lived in the Quad Cities. She graduated from Bergan High School in Peoria in 1971. Debra earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her master’s degree from St. Ambrose University. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Galesburg. Debra was a dog enthusiast and enjoyed gardening.<br />
Cremation will be accorded. Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. Rev. Msgr. Ernest Pizzamiglio will officiate. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the Guardian Angels Humane Society.   He was born on November 18, 1937 in Abingdon to Reid and A. Berneice (Chance) Hickey.  He was reared and educated in Abingdon and lived his entire life there.  He married Janice Truelove on April 27, 1957 at All Soul’s Catholic Church in Abingdon.<br />
  David is survived by his wife, Janice; two children, Kevin (and Sue) Hickey of Galesburg and Kim (and Jim) Erlandson of Peoria; and one brother, Mick (and Lorraine) Hickey of Galesburg.  He and his wife were blessed with five grandchildren, Torye (and Tom) Marek, Julie Penn (and Kris Conard), Jeff and Jennifer Erlandson, and Ryan Hickey.<br />
  He worked for the CB&#038;Q/BNSF Railroad for 42 years as a switchman, retiring in 1997.  He and his wife wintered in the Rio Grand Valley, Texas his last years.<br />
  Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am Monday, May 21, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Abingdon.  Father Tom Holloway will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Abingdon Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to  7:00 pm Sunday at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel, with the praying of the Rosary at 6:45 pm.<br />

Ken is survived by his wife, Mera; two sons, Nick (and Sharon) Norville of Longmont, Colorado and Kevin Norville of Glasford; one daughter, Shawna of Galesburg; and several grandchildren.  Also surviving is one brother, Dewayne Norville of Galesburg.<br />
He was preceded in death by his parents, nine sisters and four brothers.<br />
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.  He was a member of the Galesburg American Legion Post #285.  He was also a member of the Alpha Masonic Lodge #155, the Valley of Moline Consistory and the Mohammed Shrine of Peoria.<br />
He operated Kenny’s Shell Station at the corner of Main and Henderson in Galesburg for several years and later worked for the City of Galesburg and retired as the superintendent of Central Garage.  He enjoyed working and taking care of his yard.<br />
Cremation will be accorded.  As Ken requested, no service will be held.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Galesburg American Legion Post #285.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel is in charge of arrangements.<br />

Joan is survived by one son, Raymond DeRudder of Bushnell; three daughters, Ruth Smith and Susan Paul both of Abingdon and Joan Wilson of Elgin; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ray (Jan) Lesniewski of Aurora and Lawrence (and Susan) Lesniewski of Paducah, Kentucky; one sister, Patricia Zadakus of Oak Lawn.<br />
She had lived in Abingdon the past two months with her daughters and prior to that in Bushnell and Chicago. She was of the Catholic faith. She worked as a CNA and was a homemaker. She enjoyed making cakes and decorating them. She also enjoyed crocheting and going to the river boats.<br />
Visitation will be held from noon to 2:00 pm Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel followed by a graveside service at the Abingdon Cemetery. Mrs. Eleanor Landon will officiate.<br />

She attended schools in Hebron, Illinois and Prairie City. She was a homemaker. She had lived most of her adult life in Bushnell. Her hobbies included computers, sewing, and working on cars. She was devoted to her family with unconditional love.<br />
Cremation will be accorded. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May19, 2012 at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel. Rev. Dave Eden and Rev. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Henry in 2007, two brothers and three sisters.<br />
Jane worked at J.C. Penney for 14 years, retiring in 1989.  She attended Colonial Baptist Church.  She enjoyed bowling and golfing leagues.  Jane’s family would like to express their gratitude to Knox County Nursing Home and Hospice Compassus for the care given to Jane.<br />

Marilyn worked as a medical transcriptionist for OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg for 11 years and for Baptist Health Systems in Miami, Fla. for 19 years.  She retired in 2006.  She graduated from Galesburg High School in 1959. She lived in Galesburg from 1952-1960, she then moved to Monmouth, followed by a move to Miami for 19 years before settling back to Galesburg in 2006.  Marilyn was of the Lutheran faith.  She volunteered for OSF St. Mary Medical Center.  She loved to garden, knit and crafts.<br />

He is survived by two daughters, Gaila (and David) Crump of Galesburg and Roszella (and Tom) Pogue of Oneida, Ill.; four sons, Benjamin (and Cathy) Hootman of Wataga, Ill., Gail Jr. (and Vickie) Hootman of Galesburg, Jonathan (and Kellie) Hootman of North Henderson, Ill., and Christopher (and Amanda) Hootman of Galesburg; 17 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Thena Joy (and Gary) Long of Burlington, Iowa and Izean Garnett of Kahoka, Mo.; three sisters-in-law, Betty Hootman of Burlington, Marcia (and Gary) Dick of Burlington, and Debra (and Lester) Plath of West Burlington; special friends, JoEtta and Dorris Coleman, Tabby Beardsley, and Victor and Lupe Interial; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.<br />
Gail was a signal maintainer for Burlington Northern Railroad for 42 years, retiring in 1998. After his marriage, he lived in Farmington, Iowa for five years. The family moved to Altona, Ill. and lived there for 40 years before moving to Galesburg. Gail was a 32nd Degree Mason and was a member of the Altona Masonic Lodge #330 and the Scottish Rite in Moline, Ill. He was an active Boy Scout leader and had served as District Scout Master. He was of Baptist faith.<br />
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Masonic services will be at 7 p.m. by Altona Masonic Lodge #330, followed by a funeral service with Rev. Tim Anderson officiating. Graveside service will be noon Friday, May 18, 2012 in Steinmeyer Cemetery in Farmington, Iowa with Rev. Danny Weinreich officiating. Memorials may be made to Steinmeyer Cemetery Association. Jim was born on July 20, 1955, the son of Gerald “Jake” and Cecelia (Newton) Landon.  They preceded him in death.  He married Cheryl Coupland on November 11, 2011 in Galesburg.<br />
Jim is survived by his wife, Cheryl; one daughter, Jerid Landon of Abingdon; one son, Jake Landon of Abingdon; two step-daughters Macie Coupland of Avon and Chasiti (and Avery) Hills of Fort Hood, Texas; four grandchildren, Hannah, Maddie, and Ella Simkins and Jace Landon all of Abingdon.  He is also survived by his sister Debbie (and Jerome) Pankey of Clifton; brother Jerry (and Marlene) Landon of Knoxville, Tennessee; nephews Tyler Pankey of Belleville, Brad Landon and Sam Landon of Knoxville, Tennessee; and nieces Katie Landon Fitch of Knoxville, Tennessee and Whitney Pankey Strang of O’Fallon.<br />
Jim was a lifelong resident of the Abingdon and Avon areas.  He attended Abingdon High School and worked at the Abingdon Pottery until its closing.  He then worked in construction laborer and was a member of the Laborers’ Union Local 538.<br />
Jim was well known as an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and riding his motorcycle. He loved animals and at various times he raised dogs, horses, sheep, rabbits, turtles, fish, snakes, raccoons and homing pigeons.  He had a passion for all he did and would entertain family and friends with unique stories with sound effects.  He will be missed.<br />
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel.  Mrs. Eleanor Landon will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Abingdon Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday at the chapel.<br />
Memorials may be made to the family.  Food and fellowship will follow the service on Wednesday at the Abingdon American Legion.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.</p>
