She is survived by 2 sons, Richard Qualls, Galesburg and Ted S. Qualls, Decatur, TX, a daughter, Kathryn C. Qualls, Galesburg, and 6 grandchildren.
Private family graveside services will be held. Memorials can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
