She was born November 30, 1926 in Prairie du Chien WI the daughter of David Eli and Julia Ann Wachuta Kramer. She married Charles C. Grimm in Prairie du Chien WI on November 18, 1944. He died June 15, 1975.
Survivors include one son David C. Grimm in Knoxville IL, one daughter Denise M. Haskovec in Knoxville IL, one brother Clarence Kramer in Red Granite WI and four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, one sister and one grandson.
She worked as a Dairy Farmer in Eastman WI for several years. She was a homemaker and helped raise her grandchildren. She was a member of Women of the Moose Lodge 880 and the Women’s Senior Bowling League both in Galesburg, IL. She was a member of the Eastman Wesleyan Methodist Church in Eastman WI.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Friday January 31, 2003 in National Cemetery in Eastman WI with Rev. Lynn Schreck officiating. Visitation will be from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday January 30, 2003 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Friday January 31, 2003 at Lake Thornburg Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien. Memorials can be made to the family.
