Mr. Brian Michael Luallen

Mr. Brian Michael Luallen, 34, of Galesburg died Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in Sedalia, Missouri.

He was born September 17, 1984 in Galesburg to Charles Jr. and Nora (Clark) Luallen.

Brian is survived by his children, Brennan and Shelbey, his parents, Nora (Richie Nelson) Luallen of Keithsburg and Charles (Paula Frazier) Luallen Jr. of North Henderson; one stepbrother, Nic Curtis of Abingdon, grandparents Charles (Margaret) Luallen Sr., Ramona Carter, and Cheryl Clark, as well as many aunts, uncles, and family members. Also surviving is his dear friend and mother to his children, Meranda Creighton.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Donna (Phil) Kelly and Charles Clark.

Brian was raised and educated in Galesburg, graduating from Galesburg high School in 2003. He was on the swim team while attending Galesburg High School. Brian was an excellent worker and began roofing houses while he was a teenager—a trade he carried on throughout his life. He also worked for NCR in Monmouth and most recently worked at Tyson’s in Sedalia, Missouri. Brian will be remembered for his beloved sense of humor and the numerous times he put the joy of others before his own hard times. He was an avid fisherman and chose to spend most of his time fishing. Brian was most proud of his two children, Brennan and Shelbey. His contagious smile, generous spirit, kind heart, and ability to see the good in every person will greatly be missed.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2018. A prayer will be said for Brian following visitation. Cremation will be accorded. Memorials may be given to The Family of Brian M. Luallen. . Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
