Mr. Daniel E. Gann

Mr. Daniel E. Gann, 48, of Galesburg, Illinois died 3:15 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois. 

He was born February 28, 1969 in Hinsdale, Illinois to Merle E. and June K. Miller Gann. 

Surviving is his father, Merle Gann of Galesburg and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his mother, June Gann on October 22, 2017. 

Dan attended high school in Oregon, Illinois.  He worked for K.C.C.D.D. in Galesburg for several years.  He loved bowling and was a member of ABC.  He bowled a 299 twice in his life.  He was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR. 

Cremation will be accorded.  A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Dixon, Illinois.  There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
