Mrs. Karen K. (Henry) Tucker

Mrs. Karen Tucker, 74, of Oquawka, Illinois died 4:44 a.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at her home. 

She was born March 4, 1944 in Rockford, Illinois to Richard and Dorothy Marie Unger Henry.  She married Gary R. Tucker. 

Surviving are two sons, Erik Tucker and Rudy Tucker both of Oquawka, a sister, Cheryl (and Randy) Lafollette of Galesburg and Becky (and Al) Nourie of Bloomington, Illinois, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 

Karen graduated from Galesburg High School and attended Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg.  She was a senior systems architect for Advanced Systems Applications in Bloomingdale, Illinois.  She was a member of Faith Bible Church in Oquawka. 

Cremation was accorded.  A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Faith Bible Church in Oquawka, Illinois.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
