Timothy Carlos Duncan

Mr. Timothy Carlos Duncan, 43, of Peoria, Illinois died at 7 am Saturday October 14, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center ER, Peoria.

He was born August 29, 1974 in Peoria.

Timothy is survived by his parents, Grant (Estherline) Duncan, Sr. of Peoria; his children, Aveon Duncan, Jeremiah Duncan, Tamiah Duncan, Deontre Duncan, Masona Smith, Cassius Duncan, Omearion Duncan all of Peoria and Daveron Duncan of Indianapolis, Indiana; four brothers, Terrance James (Hope) Pendleton of Galesburg, Louis Howard, Jimmy Thompson and Dean Thompson all of Peoria; three sisters, Heather (Patrick) Shepherd, Aretha (Vida) Johnson, Heidi (Adrian) Pettis all of Peoria; his grandparents, David and Lucille Duncan and his special friend, Maledy Mashora of Peoria. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ernestine Thompson, a brother, Grant Duncan, Jr. and a sister, Tammy Thompson.

Timothy graduated from Woodruff High School in 1992 and had attended ICC. He was currently working for Peoria Charter Bus Company. He was a member of the Rising Sun Baptist Church, Peoria. He was an entrepreneur, selling NBA paraphernalia. Timothy loved playing basketball and was an avid car lover, particularly Cadillacs.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Rising Son Baptist Church, Peoria. Rev. John L. Gibson will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 AM Friday at the church. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens, Peoria, Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Christian Center, 5300 N.
