Jacqualine "Jackie" McGee

75, Texhoma, OK, formerly of Abingdon and Farmington, died at 3:54 a.m. Friday, June 18, 2004, in Memorial Hospital of Texas County, Guyman, OK. She was born May 29, 1929, in Farmington, the daughter of James H. and Matilda Elaine Brone Nichols. She married Lafe McGee on Sept. 9, 1948, in Canton. He died June 6, 1996. Surviving are two daughters, Cora Alice (and Steve) Boyd, Texhoma, OK, and Kathleen Marie (and Larry) Joy, Brandon, MS; one son, James M. McGee, Galesburg; one sister, Rosemary (and Frank) Johnson, Farmington; four brothers, Douglas (and Marjorie) Nichols, Elmwood, Walter (and Erma) Nichols, Pekin, and David (and Patty) Nichols and James (and Mary) Nichols, all of Canton. She was preceded in death by her parents, one great-grandchild and four brothers. She lived in Abingdon for several years, and worked at the former Abingdon Industries. She moved to Farmington in 1997 and later lived in Mississippi and Oklahoma. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
