Janice I. Johnson

, 66, 372 Il. Rte. 116, died at 3:35 pm Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg. She was born March 30, 1936 in Garfield, Kansas to Ross and Marceline Mack Wilson. She married Emil E. Johnson on Sept. 19, 1951 in Monmouth, Il.. He survives. Also surving are four daughters, Janet (Dave, Sr.) Pringle of RR Abingdon, Martha (Don) Lewis of RR Abingdon, Beverly (Todd) Fawcett of RR Galesburg, Peggy (Jim) Ferguson of Logansport, IN.; three sons, Emil (Cynthia) Johnson Jr. Abingdon, Mark (Theresa) Johnson of Newport, Arkansas, Tony (Joetta) Johnson - RR Abingdon; one brother, Wayne Wilson of Cameron; 24 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 great granddaughter, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Abingdon and St. Augustine areas since the age of 15. Services will be at 11:00 am Saturday at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel in Abingdon. Burial will be in Greenbush Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 - 8 pm Friday at the chapel. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice.
