Juanita B. Allen Pippins

79 a resident of the Macomb Senior Living Center and formerly of Abingdon, died at 9:05 PM Monday, November 1, 2004 at the center. She was born on July 27, 1925 near Abingdon to Ivan and Hazel McFadden Butterfield. She was later adopted by Edward Heaton. She married Albert Ardell Allen. She later married John Pippins and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her parents, three sons, Herbert Gale Allen, Donald D. Allen and Edwin Raymond Allen, one brother and one sister. Surviving are one daughter, Jenny (and Forrest) Park of Galesburg; three sons, Albert "Sam" (and Marlene) Allen of Galesburg, Ronald (and Linda) Allen and Jerry (and Teresa) Allen of Abingdon; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. She was a homemaker and had lived in Macomb the past twenty-five years, prior to that she had lived in Abingdon. Cremation will be accorded. Graveside service will be at 10:00 am Friday at the Abingdon Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel in Abingdon is in charge of arrangements.
