Judy M. Godsil

60 of The Villages, FL and formerly of Abingdon and Galesburg died Monday September 10, 2007 in The Village Regional Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1947 in Avon to Albert and Margaret Jacobs Anderson. She married Ted Godsil. Judy is survived by her loving husband, Ted, two sons, Troy (and Kelly) Godsil of Loveland, CO and Scott Godsil of Monmouth; 5 grandchildren; a brother, John (and Margaret) Anderson of Valley Center, CA and two sisters, Janet Casey of Abingdon and Jeanine (and Harold) Erickson of Elizabethtown, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents. She graduated from Abingdon High School. She worked for several years at the Maytag Corp. in Galesburg. She had just recently moved to Florida. Judy loved to sit next to Ted as they both worked on their computers. She had a passion to listen to "Country Oldies" on WAAG during the noon hour and to try to win dinner for two at Hungry Hobo. She loved her husband, sons and grandchildren very dearly. Cremation was accorded. Visitation with the family will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00 pm Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel.
