Miss Kellee N. Gabbert

Miss Kellee N. Gabbert, 57, of Galesburg, Illinois died suddenly at 12:58 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at her home. 

She was born March 6, 1965, in Galesburg the daughter of Larry and Donna (Schisler) Gabbert. 

Surviving is her mother, Donna Mason of Galesburg, a brother, Lee Gabbert of Galesburg, three stepbrothers, Greg Mason of Canton, Illinois, Brad Mason of Villa Rica, Georgia, and Troy (and Ila) Mason of Knoxville, Illinois, and two nieces, Madeline Gabbert and Alyvia Noble.  She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Gabbert and her stepfather, Arlen Mason. 

Kellee graduated from Galesburg High School in 1983. She later earned a degree in horticulture.  She worked for many area companies including, Maytag Manufacturing Company, Farm King, and Wal Mart.  She has worked in the warehouse for Dick Blick Art Supply Company for the last several years.  Kellee loved gardening and working in her yard.  She also loved her cats.  They were her fur babies. 

As Kellee requested, cremation will be accorded.  A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the Guardian Angels Humane Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
