Mr. Albert Thomas Townsley

Our uncle was a very personal, private, and independent person. The kind person who helped others who needed help from time to time. He supported different organizations. Liked to travel and often did so by himself for many years. Loved children and was always kind and loving to them. Loved being with family and having a good time watching children interact with each other. Lived most of his life in Galesburg. No hobbies but for a long time liked watching baseball and going to games in Cincinnati. He continued to maintain his home by himself including mowing the lawn even at the age of 92. In warm weather, he liked to sit outside and watch the world go by. Every morning he would meet with friends for coffee and solve the worlds problems. He was loved very much and will be deeply missed.
