Mr. Calvin C. Keith, 47, of Galesburg died 1:47 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 at his home. He was born July 27, 1970 in Galesburg to Thomas and Carol Line Keith.
Surviving is his mother, Carol Swanson of Galesburg, a brother, Thomas H. (and Michelle) Keith of Knoxville, Illinois, a sister, Donna (and Tony) Courson of Galesburg, a half-brother, Thomas L. (and Debbie) Keith of Abingdon, Illinois, nine nieces and nephews, four great nephews, two aunts, Nora Caldwell of Cameron, Illinois and Sheila Lawrence of Suwanee, Georgia, an uncle, Willard Line of Galesburg and his best friend, Mike Beller of Galesburg. He was preceded in death by his father.
Calvin worked for Quality Carpet Care in Galesburg. He also worked for The Rib Shack as a cook for several years. He was an Iowa Hawkeye fan and a San Francisco 49er’s fan. He was 12 years old when he accepted Jesus as his savior. He is now in heaven with his grandparents, Cecil and Myrtle Line.
Cremation will be accorded. A celebration of life will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Memorials in Calvin’s name may be made to the American Heart Association. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
