Dear Uncle Chesley,
I've shared this poem with you before. You said it was good. I'm honored to share it in your memory.

A MARK IS MADE
He who aims
To make a difference,
Is he who leaves
Behind a mark.
The mark he makes
Is a work of art,
If it sets a mood
Or inspires a heart...

Unc...
You've impacted,
So many lives.
You're so much fun,
Good-looking and wise.
Unc, I love you,
With all my heart.
You've inspired me,
Here's your mark...
.............
You joined an amazing woman, in marriage. For my beautiful Aunt Alma, I'm grateful.
Together, you raised three incredible children.
Norman ministered God's Word. He can even fly a plane! He's so tall, and big, and strong. Ya gotta look up to him.
Chila got me in the habit of going to Church. She calls me her "Little Namesake". She's so smart and pretty. I truly look up to her.
Lesley got the ball rolling, for me to learn from, and develop a special bond with you and Aunt Alma. He and Pam beautified the world with five delicate butterflies. Who wouldn't look up to him?
By example, you directed, a path. This will continue in all their ever begotten. Thank you for my cousins. I dearly love them all.
Lord knows, you both worked on me! I learned so much from you.
You showed me the importance of prayer and gratitude.
I'll start each day anew. "Girl, getup, and do something."
I won't stress, trying to remember things, so not to recall something, best set aside, for now.
I'll giggle a lot, and sing silly songs.
I'll never forget, "Charlie Bravo no longer has a dog or cat".
Oh, here's another kiss, for "my top of your head." I miss you so much.
10-4 Good Buddy...
