I went to grade school in Victoria and Neil was a grade behind me. I can remember his parents had the best Halloween party for us 5th and 6th graders. It was so much fun bobbing for apples, pin the donkey tail etc. weiner roast. Neil was always such a fine person. Sympathy to his family as I know it must be hard .

I new Neil , from Victoria. I delivered news papers to his parents. Although I had'm seen him in years, I remember him as a good man, and I'm sure he will be missed by every one who knew him. Tom Howerter
