Mr. Frank C. Schneider

Mr. Frank C. Schneider, 57, of Roseville, Illinois died 4:29 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois. 

He was born July 8, 1966, in Moline, Illinois to Robert and Carole (Boles) Schneider.  He married Susan Hendricks on June 8, 1990, in Galesburg, Illinois.

He is survived by the love of his life, Susan Schneider of Roseville, a son, Russell (and Ashley Keeney) Schneider of Monmouth, Illinois, two daughters, Ashleigh (and Kenny Hunter) Schneider of Galesburg, and Allyson (and Tyler Cox) Miller of Roseville, two brothers, Rodney (and Deb) Johnson of Kewanee, Illinois and Ed (and Connie) Johnson of Cambridge, Illinois, a sister, Annette Tomlinson of Elmwood, Illinois, and ten grandchildren, Jayden, Zachary, Alexandria, Bryson, Ryleigh, Aubrey, Owen, Oakley, Kyle, and Gannon.  He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Arthur. 

Frank graduated from Abingdon High School in 1985.  He then served in the United States Navy from 1985 to 1987.  He worked for Butler Manufacturing Company in Galesburg until its closure.  He has worked for John Deere Manufacturing Company in Moline, Illinois as a welder for the past 20 years.  Frank loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycles and going to demolition derbies. 

As Frank requested, cremation will be accorded.  A celebration of life, sharing stories, and enjoying some of Frank's food will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Abingdon American Legion.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Abingdon Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
