So sad to hear of f the passing of my so called brother passing he will surely be missed he work with me in the water dept for ifor years would call him he was always there God bless him and you also Carlene

My father, David (Pete) Klapp always thought highly of Harry. I remember meeting him several times growing up. Always had a smile.
