Mr. James R. Anderson, 57, of Galesburg, passed away at 6:48 pm on Tuesday September 7, 2021.

James was born on February 12, 1964 to Lawrence C. and Winnifred M. (Wendland) Anderson in Galesburg. James is survived by his sister Terri Kisler of Galesburg, and is preceded in death by his parents.

James Graduated from Abingdon High School in 1982, entering the U.S. Navy that same year and served his country for four years. After returning home he briefly moved to Quincy where he worked at Midwest Hydraline before returning to Galesburg. In James’ off time he was often found watching baseball or football, rooting for his teams, the Atlanta Braves and the Miami Dolphins.
