Mr. Bill and Mrs. Lorraine were wonderful to me and my family. I worked at Lake Lawn for several years at the front desk. He always asked Hows it going, Tadie? As my twin brother also worked there and he told me there was no way he could tell us apart! He was very demanding but in a very fair way, and I learned a lot from both him and his wife.
I went to Costa Catholic so did not know him from Churchill days, but did now of him and how much his teams respected him.
My condolences to his family.

Mr. Bill was a solid, positive influence in my life and so many others. I can still see him in his prime coaching and teaching. He cared about the team, but also each of us individually. Galesburg was lucky to have him.

Heartfelt condolences to the Morgan family. My siblings and I spent many happy summers in the pools of Lake Lawn. Mr. Bill and Mrs. Morgan ran a tight ship that allowed us to have good clean fun day in and day out. And two of us cheered at Churchill and respected Mr. Bill and Mr. Bob as our coaches. Your dad was loved by the entire community. May you find peace and comfort knowing how far and wide his influence flows. Blessings to all of you.
