Mrs. A. Colleen (Kittle) Weinberg

Mrs. A. Colleen Weinberg, 92, of Galesburg, Illinois passed away at 9:50 am, Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Seminary Manor Nursing Home.

She was born May 18, 1930, in Adair County, Missouri the daughter of Lewis and Alma (Erwin) Kittle. She married John H. Weinberg on November 24, 1948, in Galesburg. He preceded her in death on September 3, 2000.

Colleen is survived by her son, Stan Weinberg of Bloomington, Illinois and her grandson, Auston Weinberg of Richardson, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Steven Weinberg, three brothers and three sisters.

Colleen moved to Galesburg when she was seventeen years old. She worked for Bergner’s Department Store for over 20 years. Colleen attended the First Church of the Nazarene.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 am Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Rollie Grauman officiating.
