Obituary
Mrs. Carol Sue Elston, 77, of Galesburg, Illinois, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.
She was born April 29, 1946 in Galesburg the daughter of Elwood and Virginia (Reed) Anderson. She married Mickey Elston on June 21, 2021 and he survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Clifton, Corey and Clark Schuh, nine sisters and four brothers.
Carol retired as a lab technician from Proctor Hospital. She loved gardening, dancing and doing crafts. She attended Harmony Baptist Church in Galesburg.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 1:00 pm, Friday, September 15, 2023 at Harmony Baptist Church, Galesburg, Illinois. A luncheon will be served after the Celebration. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Galesburg Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com
