Mrs. Jacqueline Gillham Obituary

Jacqueline Kay Gillham, 59, of Galesburg, died at 8:05 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018, at her son’s home in Henderson.

She was born November 16, 1958, in Roseburg, Oregon.  She was the daughter of Henry Alfred and Nellie Lucille (Utter) Bridgman.  She married Scott Bennett Gillham on November 13, 1986, in Lewistown.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 32 years, Scott; three sons, Joshua (Megan) Bridgman of Henderson, Jeremie (Kayleigh) Jump of Adair, and Jessie (Misty) Jump of Canton; 10 grandchildren, Kasi, Conner, Kandace, Charity, Quinton, Christian, Faith, Elijah, Kaiden, and Kamryn; and two sisters, Janet Sue Farrar of Galesburg and Vickie Sue Hoke of Cuba.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter-in-law, Michelle “Shelly” Jump.

Jacqueline lived in Smithfield for 25 years, where she worked for Lutheran Home Health in Canton as a CNA.  After moving to Galesburg six years ago, she worked for The Kensington in the same capacity.  She attended Spoon River College.  She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Smithfield.  Jacqueline loved animals, including horses, dogs, and cats.  She especially loved spending time with her three sons and grandchildren.

Cremation will be accorded.  Private family services will be held.  Memorial contributions may be made to her husband, Scott Gillham.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Galesburg Chapel is handling arrangements for the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
