Mrs. Karen Elizabeth (Frank) Limoges

Karen Elizabeth Limoges, 61 of Abingdon, passed away at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Aperion Care Galesburg North.

She was born April 28, 1958 in Watertown, New York, the daughter of Daniel and Jeannette (Scott) Frank.  She married William Getman and they later divorced.  She then married Michael Limoges on December 22, 1990 in Watertown, New York.

Karen is survived by her husband, Mike; her children, William Frank of Galesburg and Lucas (and Tonya Morrison) Limoges of Abingdon; two grandchildren, Aubrey Limoges and Andrew Limoges; her mother, Jeannette Frank of New York; her siblings, James (and Sabrina)  Frank of Munford, Tennessee, Thomas (and Debbie) Frank of Meridian, Mississippi, Brenda (and Mike) Hoey of California, Maryland and Mary Helen Wilcox of Chesapeake, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her father and an infant son, Andrew Frank.

She has lived in Abingdon the past 25 years.  She worked in the kitchen at the former Care Center of Abingdon.  She enjoyed crocheting.

Cremation will be accorded.  To celebrate her life, the family will receive relatives and friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Church of God of Prophecy, 207 N. Washington St. in Abingdon.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Abingdon Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
