Ms. Rose Malloy Obituary

Ms. Rose Marie Malloy, 62, of Galesburg, Illinois, died in her home on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 7:44 p.m.

Rose started her journey on July 14, 1959, in Michigan, as the daughter of Thomas and Irene (Foutch) Malloy. Rose was raised most of her life in Chicago, Illinois, until she later moved to Galesburg.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two sisters, Suzanne Malloy, Theresa Malloy, and one brother, Lee Foutch, all of Chicago. She is preceded in death by both of her parents.

Rose received her education in taking special needs classes throughout her childhood in Chicago. She went on to participate in daytime program activities at the KCCDD Community Day Services in Galesburg. She was of the Catholic faith. Rose had a love for painting, coloring, and enjoyed dressing herself up in bows, headbands, and stylish glasses.
