Myra Theresa Ramsdell Rylander

87, a resident of the Care Center of Abingdon formerly of Galesburg, died at 5:55 am Sunday, July 6, 2003 at the Care Center. She was born May 23, 1916 in Scotts, Michigan to Carl and Mollie Milliman Ramsdell. She married F. Keith Rylander in November of 1942 in Florida. Surviving are one son, Lyle C. Rylander of Abingdon; two daughters, Lola R. Gregg of Madison, Wisconsin and Linda R. (and Charles) Bale of Kirkland, Washington; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Parents,one Brother, Lyle Ramsdell, one Sister, Harriet Ramsdell Skidmore and one Grandson, Max Michael Rylander. She had resided in Scotts, Michigan, Oneida, IL, Knoxville, IL, Galesburg, IL and was a resident at the Care Center of Abingdon since 1996. She was a baker at the former Scandia Bakery in Galesburg for over 15 years retiring in 1979. Cremation will be accorded. Memorial services and burial of cremains will be July 19, 2003 in Scotts, Michigan. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel in Abingdon in charge of local arrangements.
