Patricia Ann Waugh

, 52, of 401 S. Tremont St., Kewanee died at 12:52 pm Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004 at the Kewanee Hospital emergency room. She was born on August 4, 1951 in Galesburg to Robert Lee and Mary Florence Harmon Sayrs. She married Mick Waugh on June 19, 1971 in Abingdon. He survives. Also surviving are one son, Tim Waugh of Kewanee; two daughters, Bobette (and Jeffrey) Flagel of St. Louis, MO and Christina (and Greg) Mueller of Beaverton, OR; one sister, Shirley (and David) Allensworth of Kewanee, two brothers, Delbert (and Carolyn) Perkins of Galesburg and Corky Perkins of Slater, MO; 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. She graduated from Galesburg High School. She had also received her beautician license, certified nurse aide certificate and real estate license. She currently worked for the Illinois Mentor Program, based in Peoria, where she assisted medical fragile children in her home. She had lived in Kewanee the past ten years and prior to that had lived in Davenport, Iowa and the Abingdon area. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Kewanee. Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Friday at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel in Abingdon with Father Chris Hawke officiating. Burial will be in the Abingdon Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the Illinois Mentor Program.
