Rachael Marie Wright

80, of 1222 S. Seminary St. died at 10:57 pm Sunday, January 9, 2005 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital E.R. She was born on October 21, 1924 in Pittsburg, Kansas to Lee and Hannah Page Green. She married Lyle E. Wright on October 21, 1941 in Kahoka, MO. He survives. Also surviving are one son, Dewey (and Roberta) Wright of Flowery Branch, GA; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; three brothers, William (and Louise) Green of Moline, Robert (and Elaine) Green of Centralia, MO and Tom (and Millie) Green of Oneida; one sister, Gracie (and John) Chezem of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Lyle "Gene" Wright, Jr., one daughter, Connie Sue Wright, one brother, George Green and one sister, Bertie Lee Barton. She had live at Lake Bracken for 15 years and at her Seminary St. address for 21 years. She was an assembler at the former Outboard Marine Corp. in Galesburg for 30 years retiring on December 19, 1982. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Cremation will be accorded. Private family graveside services will be held at East Linwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel in Abingdon is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, 1501 Webster, Galesburg, IL 61401.
