Mr. Ronald L. Donnelly, 59, of Galesburg, Illinois, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024, at OSF Saint Mary’s Medical Center.

He was born November 9, 1964, in Galesburg, Illinois, the son of Robert and Karon P. (Baldwin) Donnelly. He married Lynda (Rice) Donnelly in November of 2013 and spent 11 long and loving years together. Lynda survives.

Ron is survived by his wife Lynda; two step-children, Dustin Whitt of Galesburg and Matthew Whitt of Burlington, Iowa; two grandchildren, Maddi and Khloe; and his two brothers, Steve Donnelly and Roger Donnelly of Galesburg. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bobby

Ron graduated from Galesburg High School in 1983 and went on to work in Home Improvement, Roofing and Siding. In his free time, Ron loved listening to music, especially Motley Crue, as well as watching Cordova Drag Racing. Most of all, Ron loved spending time with friends and family.
