Todd at HPW was incredible from the first phone call we made when my mother died in Texas. They literally took care of every single detail, walked us through the process of what needed to be done and when. Simply incredible. They communicated brilliantly, always answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. The service itself was amazing as they stood right next to our family. My mother looked absolutely beautiful and they were very respectful. The gravesite was beautifully presented and how the huge amount of flowers made it ahead of the family still astonished us.

We really didn’t know what we were doing, but you made it all so easy—“no muss, no fuss”. The people are so professional, yet down to earth and kind; thoughtful to every last detail. The surroundings are tranquil and beautiful and the service was comforting. They have such attention the endless ‘behind the scenes” things, but do them all perfectly, timely, respectfully, and tastefully.

It was all such a nice last earthly gift to give us kids. Not only the pre-planning that Mom and Dad did years ago, but all the things that these people did for us to aide in our closure of our loss of Mom. We will be eternally grateful to HWP for all the good memories that you’ve helped provide.
