I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

Dear Dorothy,
My heart is saddened with Bob’s passing, and yet, I feel relief too. He has been sick and fought this battle so long, with you right by his side, always there for him., losing sleep, sitting up nights, making phone calls, driving him to Dr. appointments, etc. Your life has been so consumed and now it’s too quiet. All those Facebook posts kept us up with both of you: and made us feel as if we were there sharing the ups and downs with you; I’m so thankful for you taking that time for us on FB. I know your heart is grieving; take all the time you need for grieving; just because we all knew the end of life was coming, that doesn’t make the reality any easier. You are a trooper, have a loving wonderful wife and I admire your courage. Sincerely, Sharon Ryan.
